Recently, Pinterest rolled out a change to its search bar and pinning menu. Along with that came a change to the account menu. Previously, users could click on their account name in the upper right corner of their desktop screens to access their analytics, account settings and notifications. Now that notifications and the new messaging feature occupy that space, the link to account settings moved to the bio description area.
Your bio is the text area and profile photo at the top of both desktop and mobile versions of Pinterest. There is a small gear icon in the upper right corner. Click that to drop down a menu. From there you can access account settings, edit your bio, access Pinterest analytics, and create a widget for your website.
